Puppy Questionnaire
When we place on of our puppies into another home, we are doing so with the best interest of the puppy in mind. To better understand what puppy would fit your family we require that you fill out a puppy questionnaire prior to accepting a deposit. We work hard to ensure that the puppy and owner/family are a good match. Corsos come with a variety of personalities and drive. We consider temperament of the upmost importance when placing our puppy with an owner/family. As such, we will not place a puppy based on color alone. There are no right or wrong answers, so please answer truthfully and to the best of your knowledge. Take time filling out the form. If you need clarification, don't hesitate to ask. Filling out this questionnaire does not guarantee you a puppy.

All our puppies are raised on a full course of puppy culture from early neurological stimulation all the way to crate and potty training. They're introduced to new items, training, surfaces, and enviroments daily. We do everything in hopes of giving our puppies the best possible start for the rest of their lives.

Do you understand that puppies sold as companions only are placed on AKC Limited Registration? This means that the dog is eligible to be registered, however, none of the offspring are eligible for registration. A dog with Limited Registration, as well as a spayed/neutered dog can compete in all AKC events except in the Conformation (Breed) ring. All puppies sold on companion contracts with AKC MUST BE spayed or neutered.*
When this puppy is purchased exclusively as a family companion, do you agree to have it spayed (females) after 24 months of age or no sooner than the first heat cycle or neutered (males) no earlier than 24 months of age and submit a Veterinarian Certificate to the Breeder as proof of surgery for their records?*
Do you understand the price of the puppy is $2500 and includes AKC limited registration, microchip, all age-appropriate vaccinations/deworming, DNA Profile, tail docked, Volhard temperament testing, and ears cropped (usually an additional $500 cost. I get a quote from my vet very breeding) before leaving breeder’s possession and health certificate for domestic travel. The price of airline or ground shipping is at the expense of the puppy buyer. Personal pickup is welcome and hand delivery may be available to be arranged at buyer’s expense.*
