    To help us begin planning and researching your perfect trip, please ensure all fields in this form are completed.

    STEP 2: Non-Refundable Research Fee 

    Please note that a $25 non-refundable research fee must be paid immediately after submitting this form to initiate the quote process. We'll begin our research as soon as your payment is confirmed.

    The $25 fee covers the extensive time and expertise required for research.

    Included Services Fee Structure
    Up to one (1) destination and date range $25 Non-Refundable Fee
    Up to three (3) personalized quotes Fee will not be applied toward your final booking cost.
    One (1) complimentary revision after quote selection  

     
    Additional Quote Policy:

    - Additional quotes beyond the initial three (3) are $5 per quote.
    - Changing the destination after quotes are issued requires a new inquiry form and a new $25 fee to restart the process.

    - Timeline Start: The 5-7 business day research period begins only once BOTH your completed form and the $25 fee are received.
    - Response: We will follow up within 5-7 business days with any clarifying questions or your personalized quotes.
