    Form MUST be submitted a minimum of 6 weeks prior to International travel, 4 weeks prior to a High Adventure Trip, and 3 weeks prior to all other trips. You will receive a copy of this request upon completion of this form via email. We DO NOT recommend paying for any travel expenses prior to the approval of your trip.

    **If attending an overnight trip that includes High Adventure Activities, select the "High Adventure" troop trip type below.

  • Troop Trip Roster

    Enter the information, ONLY for those that will be attending the troop trip (child & adult), in the section below or upload a current attendee list.

    FOR INSURANCE LIABILITY PURPOSES, all attendees (child & adult) MUST be included on the troop trip roster. 

    DOB is only required for international troop trips.

    Troop Rosters are required for ALL troop trips.

    If there are changes to the troop trip roster, volunteers MUST submit an updated roster to customercare@gsofct.org within 48 hours following the trip.

    For any troop trip activities that need to be rescheduled due to weather related issues, you MUST update Customer Care with the new troop trip date, time, and roster by emailing customercare@gsofct.org.

    *If trip involves any water activity including, but not limited to, swimming, canoeing, kayaking, water park etc. , a currently certified lifeguard MUST be present. This includes hotel/motel and home pools.

  • High Adventure Troop/Group Trip

    • Written approval must be received prior to any troop/group trip.
    • Submit application, along with a troop/group roster for approval four weeks prior to trip.
    • To avoid possible loss of deposit, do NOT put money down on any trip until you have received the required approval.
    • Purchase additional activity insurance if needed. A link will be provided in your confirmation email.
    • All GSUSA, GSOFCT, and Safety Activity Checkpoint procedures MUST be followed. Failure to follow policies and procedures will result in your trip not being approved.
