We ship all orders LTL on pallets via a third-party freight company and in order to process your order swiftly we require that you fill out our Freight Questionnaire. Note: We process shipments according to the information provided on the questionnaire. The customer is responsible for additional costs if inaccurate information is disclosed or provided. This applies to both new and current customers.
