TO BE CONSIDERED AS AN ADOPTER YOU MUST:

Be 21 years of age or older and have a picture ID showing your present address Have the knowledge and consent of your landlord (if renting Be able and willing to spend the time and money necessary to provide the pet with appropriate care, medical treatment and training. Provide proper and adequate shelter and constant access to food and water, if they are to live outdoors We do NOT allow pets to live on chains or any type of tethering device. ALL SMALL ANIMALS adopted from us MUST be kept inside (unless otherwise approved at shelter) RCSAR reserves the right to deny applications for any reason, including misleading or inaccurate information on this questionnaire.

(4 You must take possession of your pet within 48 hours of being notified of its availability.
