  • *Participants who fill out the form AND submit a photo that can be used on the card will recieve a coupon code for 250 FREE cards of any one species currently in the store, and a FREE membership to the Creature Care Card Club (total value $90), which means you may order branded cards with your logo and information on them for no set up fee. You will also be able to opt in to be listed on our website as a trusted breeder/keeper/educator etc if you opt in.

    Don't have a use for the free cards but want to help educate the public? You can opt to DONATE your cards to a rescue or educational program of your choice! 

    If you submit the form without a photo, you will receive a one time use coupon for a percentage off any order in the card shop (excludes zen habitats) as a thank you for your time.

    While some of the information you submit may change based on additional research, please note that to qualify for the free products and membership, a large portion of the information needs to be correct. There is always some basic disagreement amoung keepers on some information, but please do not submit this form if you are not confident in your answers.

    Photos MUST be high quality, in focus, clear, include the entire ADULT animal, and be on a solid white background. Branches with some species are acceptable but not preferred.  Remember, submissions without a corresponding photo to use are accepted, but will not qualify for the free product offer but will receive a one time use coupon code as a thank you!
