    This form provides you with the facility of emailing a request to a parish lay member to submit a Clearance for Ministry Application with their conducted ministries prefilled out by you.  

    You can enter their:

    • Reason for their application

    No Email? No Problem!

    If your member does not have an email address, you may use the email address of the person who will assist them in filling out the form.  This might be a parish cleric, a parish Safe Church Officer, etc.  When they assist the person making their application, they can use the link in the sent email to start the application.

    Please note the non-governance ministries (i.e elected or appointed members of parish council) must be approved to conduct their ministries by their parish council.

    Q: Do servers or organists need a Clearance for Ministry if there are no children in the sanctuary?

    A: Servers, organists, musicians and choir members only need a Clearance for Ministry if children are involved in the liturgical ministry of their church on a regular basis.
