The Shoe Buddy Program (SBP) was created for children needing new shoes and is funded by generous donors. Without the participation of these donors, this program would not exist. Please do not have expectations beyond the mission of this program.
The number of vouchers are determined by the amount of donations received from these generous donors, therefore, Waxahachie CARE Services determines which applicants within our organization will receive a voucher.
Determination of vouchers are as follows:
Applications will be put in a drawing.
In order to be considered for the SBP, you must be a current neighbor at Waxahachie CARE, this application must be filled out in it's entirety and signed legibly. All documents must be turned in at time of application submission or this application will become void, NO EXCEPTIONS. You may submit up to 5 of your own children per submission; each child will need to be entered in a separate field.
Documents and Requirements:
1. Waxahachie CARE Services CURRENT Neighbors ONLY
2. All documents must be current with Waxahachie CARE Services
3. Parent Driver License or Photo ID
4. Child's Birth Certificate. Parent and Child must match
5. Proof of Ellis County Resident
