Extravagant Yard Display will deliver in Baltimore City and Baltimore County areas. Additional fee for delivery over 12 miles of my zipcode.

$10 Additional name (Example: Happy 10th Birthday Marcy and Michelle OR Happy Anniversary sign with couple's names

For two different celebration (Example. Happy Birthday and Happy Anniversary or Congratulation on your graduation for same person) you get 50% off the 2nd sign.

Delivery and Set-up

Delivery and Set-up will be the night before the event or in the morning of day of event.

**Time depends on our delivery schedule.**

Please let us know if you have a preference for the time of delivery.

Pick up will be between the hours of 7PM-Midnight.

PAYING for your event is the ONLY way to reserve your date.

For the safety of everyone, especially children, please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or adult. Please DO NOT allow anyone to play on or around the lawn greetings display. Please be respectful of our property. Please do not damage, destroy, or vandalize our signs. If part of the display is broken or stolen you will be responsible for replacement. The current replacement cost is $35 per piece. *

Please do not attach balloons or anything else to any part of the display. If you have a lawn crew coming, please arrange for them to come BEFORE we arrive. Please DO NOT pull the signs from the ground. WE WILL CHARGE AN ADDITIONAL FEE IF SIGNS ARE MOVED. We reserve the right to photograph your yard card and use it for marketing or any other purposes. (We will not show your address) All yard card setups include small advertising for Extravagant Yard Display. This may NOT be removed. *

REFUND POLICY: We will not refund the payment if the homeowner requests yard display be removed. Refunds will be honored if greetings cannot be delivered due to an error caused by Extravagant Yard Display. 1. If you must cancel your booking, you can choose to receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for future booking date, based on our availability. 2. In the event of bad weather, we may not be able to set up any lawn displays. Bad weather includes lightning/thunderstorms, hurricanes, heavy rain, high winds (more than 20MPH), weather watches and/or warnings and any other natural disaster that would put US or our lawn display in harm's way. We will however make every attempt to accommodate your request for a date change. 3. No refund will be given due to the client giving the wrong address. *
