    Opening Statement: I have 5+ years’ experience in customer service, retail, and the food industry.  I have worked for Panda Express, Macy’s, and Wells Fargo.   Body: During my time at Panda Express as a team member, I was responsible for taking food orders, operating the register for cash/credit card payments, and assisting with food preparation.  While working at Macy’s as a Sales Associate, I was responsible for the engagement of 100-150 customers daily while providing quality service and increasing sales goals.  I was also responsible for inventory, shipment processing, and handling customer complaints.  Additionally, I worked for Wells Fargo as a Lead Teller where I was responsible for customer deposits and withdrawals, handled up to $20,000 daily, followed identification procedures, issued cashier checks, and trained new employees on a yearly basis.   Closing Statement: When hired, I will deliver my best qualities such as, my effective communication and leadership skills as well as my desire to grow and excel within your organization.
