    • How are items delivered contactless?

      Items will be placed before your entryway prior to us moving to a protected and safe distance. You will be informed of the delivery’s arrival via contact by phone. There are additional options for an unattended delivery on the checkout for if you are not home during the time frame of the delivery. Please feel ensured knowing that our staff will be following safety precautions including hand sanitizers before and after every delivery.

    • What is unattended delivery?

      Unattended deliveries are an option available on the checkouts. This option allows for us to leave your delivery at the selected location without the presence of an individual to collect it. For the option, select the ‘unattended delivery’ option at checkout during your booking. Please note that unattended deliveries will not be available for individuals in apartments or locations with special and restricted accesses.

    • What if I’m not home when you deliver?

      If the ‘unattended delivery’ option was not selected and you were inaccessible at the time of delivery, please call us on (02) 8387 1820, where we can discuss further plans. On the off chance you were not reachable at the time of delivery and did not choose the ‘unattended delivery’ option, a new delivery will have to be rescheduled by you on the following week. However, please note that a re-delivery charge $10 will apply. HKBS reserved the right to cancel your order and your money will be refunded to your account with $20 deduction due to delivery fuel charge.

    • How long does frozen products last?

      By and large, our items are stored in a vacuum sealed bag which can be stored up to a year in frozen conditions. However, to maintain the quality of food, we recommend to keep the product for no more than one month in the freezer and no more than one week in the refrigerator.
