Before you come along to a class, please be sure to message lish on WhatsApp, text, or on messenger via her Facebook page (Lish at Bodysmart Active) to let her know you're coming.

We dance in Leggings and Vest tops, but you can wear whatever you are comfortable in. Please don't wear flared/wide leg trousers as these are just an accident waiting to happen! We also dance barefoot for maximum safety.
Remember to bring a water bottle and a towel, as we do get sweaty!
