COLOR MAINTENANCE

We offer a variety of color services from full color, gray coverage to lived-in balayage blondes. At the time of your consult we will share our recommended maintenance schedule with you in order to keep your hair color on point and your locks healthy and looking beautiful. On average, most clients with gray coverage come in for maintenance between 4-6 weeks, and most lived-in blondes/brondes come in 8-12+ weeks. Please share with us how often you would be able to come in for maintenance/upkeep of your color?

HAIR PHOTOS

Make sure to take a front photo showing the part line/new growth and a back photo showing the length of your hair.

**We are only looking at these photos to determine how much hair you have, how long your hair is, what color you natural level is, how much grey you do/don't have and what steps we will need to be able to achieve your hair goals. This is crucial for us to determine the service timing needed. Please follow the instructions above!

FIRST TIME CLIENT EXPECTATIONS:

Scheduling: Generally, new guests are able to be seen within 2-3 weeks of appointment submission request, but guests with limited availability may have to wait up to 12 weeks to be seen.
Your Appointment: Please arrive 10 minutes early for your first appointment to fill out our new client intake form.
Service Time: Due to the varying nature of the different processes needed to accomplish your hair color goal, your hair density, your current color, and the current condition of your hair, etc. - the time needed to achieve your individual hair goal could take anywhere from 2.5 - 7 hours. The total amount of time this will take, will not be determined until we finish your first visit. We ask that you do not book anything else very close to your hair apt, to ensure we have adequate time to complete all the services necessary for your hair goal. Thanks in advance for your cooperation on this. *we can try to give you an approximate time, but all times given are estimates.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations less than 48 hours in advance, and late arrivals (15 mins or more) will result in a charge of $100. If you are more than 15 minutes late to an appointment, we will not be able to accommodate your service and you will have to reschedule. No shows wiil be charged a cancellation fee equal to the total of the service(s) reserved for you. Please see our additional Salon Policies by clicking HERE
