Do you prefer a Chatty or Silent Service? Once we get the consultation and hair questions out of the way, A silent service can be a relaxing retreat. We can listen to music, watch a favorite tv show, or just listen to the birds outside my window. Just mention below what you prefer!

SERVICE REDO & RETAIL RETURN POLICY: I strive to offer my guests the highest level of guest satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 business days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue with no additional charge. Should you make a retail purchase that you are unsatisfied with, I will accept retail exchanges at full credit for 60 days from your initial purchase. Future Appointm ent Cancellation Policy:In order to continue providing the best possible scheduling options to my guests, I require 24 hours notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your visit with me. Should you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a $30 service cancelled fee applies and will be due before a new appointment is scheduled.
