• 2021 Midwest Annual Paranormal Festival

    Welcome to the Midwest Annual Paranormal Festival which will be held on August 20th, 21st & 22nd, 2021 at Riverview Park, 402 Woodland St., Marshalltown, IA - The Community Building, The Reunion Hall Building, The Historic Log Cabin and several acres of the relaxing outdoors. Whether you are shopping, selling or promoting, thousands of people will flock to Marshalltown for the Midwest Annual Paranormal Festival this year. Walking through to see the great merchandise, speakers, activities and food vendors will be top priority for thousands of guests. When they want to relax, they can join some very informative speakers indoors at the historic log cabin or outdoors at the bleachers. There will also be live entertainment. We will have 2 choices of speakers/workshops running continuously throughout the weekend so our visitors will stay entertained. All vendors of all types are encouraged to fill out a vendor application. To ensure everyones success and the communities enjoyment, vendors should be selling, offering or promoting that which makes them a perfect fit for our event. (All Categories of the Paranormal, Spiritual, Healing, etc) *Keep in mind this is open to the general public. Adult only themed items will not be allowed. (At event organizers discretion)

    Become a Vendor for our 2021 event!

    This is a family friendly event.

    Reserving a vendor space is not finalized until approved. Once approved a contract will be sent to you. We will also request photos to be provided after approval for promotional use.

    Payment must be included for your vendor application to be accepted. If your vendor request is not approved your payment will be refunded back to you in full. For all other purposes, the vendor fee is non-refundable.

  • As you know, being a Vendor provides the perfect opportunity to present your product or service to thousands of our visitors. This is exciting for all of us and also requires great planning, coordination and cooperation from all involved.

    This welcome letter contains everything you need to register as a vendor for the 2021 event.

    Please register early to lock in a space, as vendor spots are limited.

    Please note that registering as a Vendor does NOT come with tickets to the VIP investigations or tours, hotel rooms or any other expenses. Those need to be purchased separately.

    -ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET (IF NEEDED AND AVAILABLE)

     

    ALL VENDORS

    -NAME TAGS FOR TWO (2) REPRESENTATIVES

    -BOOTHS AND LOCATIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED ON FIRST PAID BASIS

    -IF YOUR BOOTH IS NOT SET UP  AND REAY BY 9:30AM FRIDAY AUG 20TH 2021, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR TABLE SPACE.  THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.

     

    VENDOR FEES WILL NOT INCLUDE:

    Lodging, meals or personal needs. (Please make these arrangements in advance) VIP events requiring ticket purchase. (All persons must have a paid ticket) Any other expenses incurred with the event.

    There will be announcements made about hotel discounts for speakers and vendors and dining discounts - these offers are not part of the vendor agreement and are not being offered as part of the vendor fee.
