Indoor and Outdoor Vendor set-up begins at 7:00am.
Set-up MUST be completed by 9:30am.
Outdoor tear-down begins at 7:00pm (no earlier)
Tear-down MUST be completed by 9:00pm.
Saturday, August 21st, 2021
Indoor and Outdoor Vendor set-up begins at 7:00am.
Set-up MUST be completed by 9:30am.
Outdoor tear-down begins at 7:00pm (no earlier)
Tear-down MUST be completed by 9:00pm.
Sunday, August 22nd, 2021
Indoor and Outdoor set-up begins at 9:00am
Setup MUST be completed by 11:30am.
Indoor and Outdoor end of event tear-down begins at 5:00pm (no earlier)
VENDOR FEES WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING
INDOOR VENDORS:
-ONE TABLE (UNSKINNED)
-TWO CHAIRS
-ONE ELECTRICAL OUTLET (IF NEEDED AND AVAILABLE)
ALL VENDORS
-NAME TAGS FOR TWO (2) REPRESENTATIVES
-BOOTHS AND LOCATIONS WILL BE ASSIGNED ON FIRST PAID BASIS
-IF YOUR BOOTH IS NOT SET UP AND REAY BY 9:30AM FRIDAY AUG 20TH 2021, YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR TABLE SPACE. THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS.
VENDOR FEES WILL NOT INCLUDE:
Lodging, meals or personal needs. (Please make these arrangements in advance) VIP events requiring ticket purchase. (All persons must have a paid ticket) Any other expenses incurred with the event.
There will be announcements made about hotel discounts for speakers and vendors and dining discounts - these offers are not part of the vendor agreement and are not being offered as part of the vendor fee.
