Calming your nervous system throughout the day so that no matter how overstimulated or emotionally dysregulated you are, you can pause to think instead of react. Accessing your memory and creativity when you choose to do so (instead of going blank or spinning out) DECIDING what to think and how to feel based on what you want to produce (so that you are capable of carrying out any action you decided to take.) Managing the many conflicting desires inside of you in a way that allows you to meet your needs, comfort yourself, AND experience massive growth. Plan out each of your goals in a way that makes them EASY to achieve. Choose exactly when you will engage in each step of a goal (and be SURE that you will remember to do it when the time comes.) Evaluate your plans so that EVEN WHEN YOU FAIL, your decision yields so much useful information that it is a huge win. PRACTICE the things that you want to implement in your life so that you are leaving nothing up to chance. If you want a new habit, you will HAVE IT.
