Please note that Credits transfer are subject to the below terms and conditions.
- Calculation of the value of the credits will always be at the 10/15-hour package rate
- Once credits are transferred they cannot be transferred back.
- Excludes all bonus or free hours provided.
- Once confirmation is received from all parties, the credit transfer will be done within one day.
