AGREEMENT

The Organisation/Individual agrees to use the venue on the following terms: ✮To use the venue only for the agreed time and purpose specified on application. ✮To ensure the maintenance of good order at the venue during its use and to leave the venue in a clean and tidy state. ✮To report any damage or break-in to management upon becoming aware of an event. ✮Cleaning equipment and products are to be supplied by the hirer. ✮Staff has the right to refuse a booking without the necessity of giving a reason. ✮Event Organisers are required to record and maintian Covid logs for the duration of the function. ✮Any Changes to the Event or Catering must be notified in writing 2 weeks before the event.
