The Endorsing Assessor (Coach) Must:
- Be identified and approved by Motorcycling Victoria to endorse Supercross
- Obtain a Coaching Permit from the State Controlling Body (SCB) in which the Supercross training school and assessment are being conducted (SCB contact details at top of page)
- Assessor to complete both pages and advise successful riders that the Supercross endorsement process is not complete until their licence is submitted to their SCB and this endorsement is noted on their licence
- If a rider is being assessed at a venue that they will compete at within 7 days, the assessment must be approved by the
- The coach must be satisfied that the rider has an appropriate level of competence before allowing them to practice on a supercross circuit
Assessor (Coach) Declaration:{nameOf}(assessor) genuinely declare that the rider has demonstrated an ability to achieve all tasks listed over the page competently and that I do not have a vested interest in any event that the above rider may compete in within 7 days of this assessment.
Supercross Endorsement:
To gain a Supercross endorsement a rider must:
- Be at least 12 years of age
- Have a current national competition licence which is endorsed under the following rules
To be endorsed as a supercross competitor, a person must:
- Use a solo machine with a capacity of at least 80cc
- Attend a supercross training school conducted by an MA accredited coach
- At the conclusion of supercross training school, be able to competently display to the MA accredited coach the requirements as stated in section in 2019 GCR, Motocross & Supercross 10.9.1.2: i), ii), iii), iv.
Once endorsed for supercross a person retains that endorsement unless:
- They fail to participate in a supercross event each year;
- During the course of a supercross meeting, the Steward or Clerk of the Course determines otherwise.
