Ambassador Approval and Denial

Once the contract is received by our marketing team, we will evaluate your application and platforms. Our team doesn't just look at your number of followers and approve or deny  your application. We are looking for wholesome content, consistent energy, aesthetically pleasing images, and smiling faces- just to list a few details. We are looking for Ambassadors that are in-line with our brand! 

If you are approved as an Ambassador for our team, you will receive a virtual Brand Deck that will outline our products. At this time, we are busy preparing a promo pack that will be sent to the address you have listed on your application here.

If your application is denied, you will be notified by email. You can reapply to our program 6 months from the date of denial. Please review the content qualifications that we have listed here. This may provide indications of why denials happen.

Campaign Information

Duration

Your initial campaign starts at the date of product delivery. You will be required to provide content within 30 days of that delivery. Should you not complete the campaign within those 30 days, you will be disqualified from participating in future campaign.

Product received cannot be resold. Doing so will result in disqualification of any future campaigns or partnerships with Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company.

Deliverables

With your initial campaign, we expect at least one grid post / or add us @bhteddybear as collaborator, and two stories on Instagram that highlight our products. The content should be cross-posted to any additional platform that you provide here.

The more content the better! We monitor these campaigns and love to see our Ambassadors taking extra interest in posting for us. This is all considered when we are developing and considering Ambassadors for future campaigns.

Content should spread brand awareness in a positive, fun, and wholesome manner.

Content Expectations

Content should tag out social media accounts that have been called out in the Brand Deck.

Photos must be clear, not blurry, in good lighting, and products must be prominently displayed. There should be no other product placement in the posts. This would include in the background, on clothing, other toys, etc.

Posts should include multiple hashtags for maximum exposure. A list of commonly used hashtags within the toy industry will be provided in the Brand Deck.

Captions should be captivating and include a call to action. This can include following @bhteddybear or directing your followers to where they can purchase this item. (Primarily, these directions should go to Amazon or stuffedanimals.com.)

We request that all content creators submit their content, including images, captions, and hashtags via email prior to posting. This should be sent to CPSocial@plush.com.

Analytics Reporting

We require our ambassadors to report analytics to our marketing team. This information is used to measure the value of our program and ambassadors. This information will be considered for future partnerships.

Analytics will be obtained through a survey link that you will be provided in your Brand Deck. Please be sure to take a few minutes to complete the survey 5-7 days from the date of posting.

II. ACKNOWLEDGMENT
The advertiser (BHTB) and the Ambassador acknowledge the Terms of this Contract and will comply.

III. TERMS
This contract will begin today and will continue until the ambassador is disqualified by the advertiser, or the ambassador requests to no longer participate. If the Ambassador would like to be removed from the program, they must email the request to CPSocial@plush.com.

IV. PAYMENT FEES
A. The total payment will be $0.00.
B. The contract outlines an exchange for goods to advertise program.

V. CONTENT REQUIREMENTS
A. The ambassador should create original content which is decent, honest, and factual.
B. An approval from the advertiser is not required before uploading the content.
C. The approved created content will be shared by the ambassador to his/her social media accounts listed above.
D. The advertiser can request to the ambassador to add tags, links, or titles in the description of the uploaded media.
E. The content should be compliant with the terms and conditions of the social media platform being used.
F. The content should not contain any vulgar language and should be suitable for children.

G. The ambassador will follow and tag each brand being represented in each post.

H. The ambassador will need to submit an insight survey at the link below upon completion of their campgain.

VI. COPYRIGHT
The ambassador will own the copyright of the uploaded media. However, both parties are allowed to share it to their own respective channels. Beverly Hills Teddy Bear Company reserves the right to not add tags indicating the owner of the media.

VII. CONFIDENTIALITY
This contract is strictly confidential and only authorized persons are allowed to see.

VIII. AMENDMENT
This contract can only be changed or modified through the written consent of both parties (Advertiser and ambassador).
