報名截止日期 Registration Deadline：

【早鳥優惠】請於2021/8/31前（含當日）完成報名繳費流程。
【一般報名】請於2021/9/15前（含當日）完成報名繳費流程，逾期繳費視同放棄報名。

【Early Bird Discount】
Please complete the registration and payment procedure by August 25, 2021.

【General Registration】
Please complete the registration and payment procedure by September 15, 2021. The registration with overdue payment will not be accepted.

 

取消報名 Cancellation Policy：

若因故欲取消報名，請以email(twswpbs@gmail.com) 知會主辦單位。於 2021年9月7日前（含當日）取消者，將退還50%報名費，9月8日後取消報名者將不提供退款。

In the case of a cancellation, delegates must inform the Conference Secretariat via email. Cancellation before  September 7, 2021, 50% of registration fee will be deducted. Thereafter, no refund will be possible.
