This form is required by the Housing Authority each year. Your renewal can not be processed without submitting this paperwork first.
For Workforce rentals, at least 75% of the entire household’s income must come from a local business providing goods and services to Teton County and at least one person in the household must work a minimum of 30 hours per week. An employment affidavit signed by the employer is required for at least one adult occupant for Workforce housing. However, any adults in the household that are employed will need to submit an employment affidavit. All occupants must submit their tax return. No other home may be owned within 150 miles of Teton County.
