Payment and Cancellation Policy
*There will be NO discount given if you do not attend all days in a paid week
*All camp fees MUST be paid 2 weeks before the week you will be attending camp, or you will be charged a $25 late fee.
*Cancellation must be requested at least 2 weeks prior than the week attending to receive a refund, less a $25 admin fee.
*Refunds requested less than 2 weeks prior to the start date may receive a refund if the spot can be filled, less a $25 admin fee.
*I give my permission for the camp workers to apply sunscreen and bug spray to my child as needed.
*I give my permission for my child to leave the building to attend field trips and park outings. You will be notified at the start of each week of where we will be going for field trips.
*I give my permission for my child to be photographed during the summer program. I further acknowledge that the photos may be used in public displays and advertising for our program, both within the studio and on social media. Names will not be used in advertising.
*I understand that this information is collected purely to assist the Yorkton Kids Summer Camp in providing its best services possible to your child. All information will be kept confidential.
