Please read the following carefully*

RESCHEDULING: If an illness or situation prevents a photo session from taking place, the Client may reschedule their session at least 24 hours prior to their shoot without penalty. Should the Client fail to give a 24-hour notice, or wishes to cancel the photography session, the payment stated above shall be retained by the Photographer. The Photographer reserves the right to reschedule due to illness, weather, equipment malfunction, or other circumstances beyond their control. The Photographer will only wait 15 minutes past the session time if the Client is late. The Photographer retains the right to reschedule the session if the Client is past that 15-minute time limit.RE-SHOOTS: Re-shoots are determined at the discretion of the Photographer. Re-shoots will not be given for poor choices of clothing, make-up, hair, or by not following the recommendations of the photographer.GALLERIES: Galleries of the Client's images will be available within 15 business days after the session date. Online Galleries are available for 2 weeks to give enough time to display, share, and download the digital files.LOCATION COSTS: The Photographer will not guarantee or arrange payment on any location.ORDERING: The Client may choose to have printing services complied by the Photographer for high-resolution, professional photography prints. Physical prints are not included in this agreement and will be charged at a separate rate. If Prints are ordered through the Photographer by the Client, the Photographer is not responsible for the damages of portraits after delivery to Client, including damage caused during transit by mail. The Client assumes all responsibility for the safety of all portraits upon receipt. All portraits sent through UPS can be insured and require delivery confirmation upon the Client’s request and at the Client’s expense.LIABILITY: The Photographer is not responsible for any injuries inflicted upon any participating parties. The Client will be responsible for themselves and their children and releases the Photographer from any claims against their person or their business.COPYRIGHTS & OWNERSHIP: The Photographer retains all copyrights to all images created during the Client's session. A print release may be given with digital files to print for personal use. The Photographer will not release any RAW image files.EDITING: The Client understands and agrees that no additional editing may be done to the images by anyone other than the Photographer. This includes adding filters from social media websites and apps, screenshots (alters the image quality), and any further adjustments not done by the Photographer.SOCIAL MEDIA: If the Client is unsatisfied with the final delivery of the images they are to contact the Photographer privately. The Client understands that they are not to post to social media in any way slandering Dalibor Vilovski or Photo Studio Vilovski.BOOKING FEE AND DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of 50 euros is required to secure the date and time of the photoshoot. This deposit serves as a booking fee and will be applied toward the total cost of the session. The session is not considered booked until the deposit has been received. Without the deposit, the photographer reserves the right to offer the date and time to other clients.LATE FREE CLAUSE PAYMENT TERMS: Payment Terms: Full payment is due within 7 days of the session date. If payment is not received by the due date: A late flat fee of 50 euros, will be applied after 7 days of non-payment. Interest on the overdue amount will accrue at a rate of 5% per month/year until the balance is paid in full. The client will be responsible for any legal fees or collection costs incurred as a result of non-payment. No images will be released until full payment has been received.
MODEL RELEASE: Does the Client agree that the Photographer may display the images from the session on the Photographer's social media, website, print marketing material, etc and the Client has the authority to agree on behalf of any minors.*
