Gather 'round the Table: The Fusion of Arts and Disabilities

On Monday, October 30, 2023, 5:30-8:30 p.m., at the Switchyard Park Pavilion, Council for Community Accessibility members and their advocates will come together with the public to discuss the accessibility of the arts with a panel of artist who have disabilities in the areas of fine arts, theater, music, and visual arts.

Dinner is free for the first 50 people to register. It will include an appetizer, two entree choices, sides, salad, rolls, dessert, and tea/lemonade. There will be gluten-free options, one meat-free option, and a list of ingredients for everything that is served.

I would be willing to help at the event by assisting a wheelchair user or a person who is blind/low vision by helping carry their plate as they go through the buffet line and then go back in line to get my own food after setting them up.
