For our naturally curly guests receiving a haircut. We ask that you arrive to your appointment on time with dry, freshly cleansed, conditioned, detangled and styled hair. In order to give you the best possible haircut, we need to see your hair in its natural state, free from pony-tails, bobby pins, clips, headbands or any other contraptions.
We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Gift Certificates, and Checks from established guests.
All listed prices are starting prices and are subject to increase based on timing. All model services are discounted 50-60%. For an accurate quote feel free to reach out to one of our educators.
We accept gratuity. Gratuity is always appreciated, and in the spirit of teamwork, it will be shared amongst stylists and apprentices.
Please be on time for your appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late you may be asked to reschedule and will be responsible for the cost of the forfeited appointment.
If you need to cancel, reschedule or change your scheduled appointment, we respectfully request you notify us no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment time. If you cancel or reschedule after the 48-hour timeframe, or if you do not come to your scheduled appointment you will be charged the full cost of the scheduled appointment. We understand that medical emergencies do happen and we show sensitivity in such situations.
We will gladly refund you for any products you are unhappy with within 14 days of purchase.
Due to limited space and for the comfort of scheduled guests, anyone not being serviced will not permitted in the salon, including children.
We are super sensitive to perfume. Please skip the perfume on the day of your appointment.
