Minority-owned businesses may use expedite services, which is a 10-business-day turnaround processing from the date of receipt of the last document required, to complete the new application process.
Expired MBEs may use expedited services, which is a 2-business-day turnaround processing from the date of receipt of the last document, to complete the HMSDC & HUB recertifications.
Minority Business Enterprises (MBEs) certified by another regional council within the National Minority Supplier Development Council (NMSDC) network, can join the HMSDC as a Subscriber.
