No information other than Registered Agent information can be changed outside of the Annual Report (renewal) process. Currently, Pennsylvania only requires or allows reports every ten years on years that end in the number '1'. That process is changing in 2025. No other information is required to be changed, nor shows as public information.

LLC ownership is not tracked by the state. Ownership is defined internally by the LLC by consent of the owners/members.

We are unable to file New Mexico corporation dissolutions at this time. Failure to file an annual report will eventually result in administrative dissolution. Should you require immidiate dissolution, please contact the Secretary of States office directly. It will require a Certificate of No Tax Due, a Certificate of Compliance and signatures of all shareholders consenting to the dissolution.
