    • Avoid consuming caffeine prior to procedure to reduce eyelid fluttering. 
    • Avoid using waterproof mascara for 2 days prior to your appointment regular mascara is fine to use.
    • Remove your contacts prior to your appoinment. 
    • Arrive to your appointment completely free of eye makeup.
    • Come to you appointment 5 mins early to fill out the nessisary forms.
