- Session booking and dates are considered and confirmed only on the completion and submission of this form, with your required non-refundable booking fee of 50%.
- Outstanding balance is payable on the photoshoot session date and no images will be processed or edited before the balance is paid in full.
- Only internet transfers (EFT, DEPOSITS, TRANSFERS) are accepted and payable into the account on the Invoice. No cash payments will be accepted.
- Failure to arrive for your session within 30 minutes of starting time without notification will be deemed a cancellation, unless you have notified JKantic Photography.
- Arriving late to the session will have the amount of time late deducted from the time allocated for the session.
- If there are any costs/fees associated with the location the client has chosen for their session, you, the client, will be responsible for those fees.
- If you are sick, please let JKantic Photography know. It is usually best to reschedule rather than shoot an unhappy and sick client. JKantic Photography will not shoot a session where a client is sick and was not informed beforehand.
- Location shoots are weather permitting and will be postponed in case of bad weather.
- If JKantic Photography is unable to do the shoot due to illness or is otherwise incapacitated, all efforts will be made to schedule a later date, at the discretion of JKantic Photography. If a reschedule is unable to be agreed upon, JKantic Photography shall return the booking fee to the client and shall have no further liability.
- Any cancellations/postponements 1hour before the session by you, the client, will incur the additional 50% payment. Any cancellation/postponements should be done at least 3 days prior to the scheduled date.
- PLEASE NOTE: No other cameras will be allowed during the session.
- JKantic Photography reserves the right to edit and release ONLY those images creditable as professional in quality and within the photographer's artistic standards and style. Images are selected and edited at the photographer's discretion. No RAW files will be supplied.
- Images supplied should not be edited, altered, sold or reproduced. Once you receive your images, please copy the images and store them in a safe location.Digital negatives of edited images will only be kept for 6 months by JKantic Photography. After 6 months all High Resolution images will be stored on a hard drive. This is not failsafe and JKantic Photography cannot be held responsible for images lost after the images are handed over.
- If you wish to keep your images off certain social media platforms such as Facebook, websites, or blogs you may choose to do so at a fee of R450.
- Pricing can change without notice and all quotes and price lists provided are valid for 1 week.
Your signature on this booking form is acceptance of my terms and conditions.
- Your images will be ready 1-3 weeks after your shoot. With a priority fee of 3-4 days delivery @ R800.
- JKantic Photography owns copyrights for any and all images produced in connection with this agreement, including the right to reproduce or publicly display such images. Permission to print is released to the client with the understanding that JKantic Photography still owns the right to reproduce or publicly display any image.
I accept the terms and conditions of booking with JKantic Photography and attach proof of 50% payment pertaining to the required session/s. I agree to pay the remaining balance ON THE SHOOT DATE.
