Bryce Family Suggested Cutting Instructions: 1" steaks, 2 steaks per package, "Bone In" Steaks, Rounds will be 1/2 swiss steaks and 1/2 ground hamburger, 3 lb roasts, "Bone In" roasts, 1 lb hamburger packages, Brisket included, No soup bones, no short ribs, no tongue, no heart, liver included, and no beef sausage.

How thick do you want your steaks cut?

Recommend 1" steaks for balance of portion size and awesome grilling.

How many steaks per package?

Boneless or bone in steaks?

Recommend "Bone In" steaks for flavor and cost savings.

How would you like the beef round prepared? We recommend half Swiss steaks, half hamburger.
