  • Bryce Family Suggested Cutting Instructions: 1" steaks, 2 steaks per package, "Bone In" Steaks, Rounds will be 1/2 swiss steaks and 1/2 ground hamburger, 3 lb roasts, "Bone In" roasts, 1 lb hamburger packages, Brisket included, No soup bones, no short ribs, no tongue, no heart, liver included, and no beef sausage.
