1. Commercial Sales Business Supply, also known as CSBS. Customer represents that the information supplied in the Credit Application is in all respects complete, accurate and truthful. Customer agrees to notify CSBS, promptly, in writing, of any substantive changes in the information provided. 2. Customer shall immediately notify CSBS of any change of postal or email address, and, failing such Tit, any notice to Customer is effectively sent if sent by post or email to Customer's last known address. 3. Customer understands that the information included in the credit application is for use by CSBS in determining the amount, if any, and conditions of credit to be extended. 4. Credit limit and payment terms requested are contingent upon credit approval from CSBS. Customers understand that CSBS may cancel credit at any time without notice. 5. In the event credit is extended, Customer shall pay all invoices when due and pay interest on overdue accounts as recorded on CSBS Invoices, and acknowledges that CSBS may change such conditions from time to time. Standard payment terms are 30 for all businesses, unless agreed to in writing and signed by CSBS. All accounts which are 31 days old will be considered delinquent and subject to review of credit privilege. A service charge of one and one-half percent monthly (1 ½ % monthly) may be assessed on all delinquent bills. 6. If Customer fails to abide by the conditions of the invoice or this credit agreement, or if CSBS, in its absolute discretion, determines that Customer will be unable to pay amounts due and owing, CSBS has the right to revise or revoke these credit arrangements. CSBS shall provide Customer 48-hours prior notice of the exercise of this right. During this 48-hour period and thereafter, all new services will be provided on a C.O.D. basis. 7. Customer agrees that CSBS may suspend any and all services as the result of Customers untimely payment or performance, and/or Customer’s failure to abide by the conditions of the invoice or this P-PR-01 credit agreement. In signing this Application, Buyer agrees to all of the above and hereby grants permission for credit information to be verified by company(ies) and financial institution(s) that the Buyer has specified on this document and others that CSBS becomes aware of during the credit review process and from time to time. The undersigned also understands that CSBS will retain this Application, whether or not it is approved, and that CSBS, Inc will consider this Application as a continuing statement of the undersigned’s financial position and situation until notified otherwise by the Buyer. In order for CSBS to sell and to continue to sell to Buyer, Buyer hereby represents and warrants that it is solvent and that it pays its obligations as they become due. The preceding representation and warranty will be deemed to be repeated in each purchase by Buyer. Faxed documents will be deemed as original. No oral agreements will be accepted. The terms on this credit application/agreement overrides all others.The buyer is responsible for all attorney, collection and legal fees if the account remains unpaid.
