  • Please complete this form to request an event or room reservation.

    1. The completion of this form is an inquiry only and does not guarantee your event or room reservation will be approved or has been approved. Confirmation will come separately once all paperwork is completed.

    2. The completion of this form will not hold the date requested on our calendar until approved and confirmed. You will be contacted by someone from our staff about your request within three (3) business days. 

    3. All facility requests must be made at least two weeks in advance of the event date. 

    4. All Saturday events on campus (including Weddings) must be completed and the campus vacated no later than 6:00pm, including clean-up.

    5. Holidays and weekends are subject to staffing availability and may incur additional fees. 

    6. We do not schedule non-ministry events on Sundays or Wednesdays due to church activities.

  • FACILITY SET-UP 

    Please provide the following information regarding facility set-up for your request.

    We do not provide table coverings. 

    The Treehouse is designed as a play area. We do not set up round tables and seating in the Treehouse. Food may be served outside. 

  • TECHNICAL NEEDS

    Our Creative Arts Director will contact you for more details if/when your event is approved. Please note additional fees will be incurred depending on your tech needs. 

    EXTERNAL (non-CFBC ministry event)

    If your event includes Tech and has any screen content, music, pictures, presentation, etc., we require those items to be given to our Technical Department NO LATER than 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the event. We cannot accept media received after this deadline. CDs or DVDs are not accepted. All information must be presented in one of the following media formats: flash drive, via email, embed code, or shareable file such as DropBox. Pictures must be in .jpg form. Presentations should be in PowerPoint format. We do not create presentations. 

    INTERNAL (CFBC ministry event)

    Please complete the Event Promotion Request on the website - front page, bottom right, under the FORMS tab. This form is to be filled out no later than 5 weeks prior to your event so that your event can be promoted for at least 3 weeks. If you are filling out this form less than 5 weeks prior to your event, some promotion options may not be available.

    Not all requests can be fulfilled and will be done so at the discretion of the communications team.

    Please provide the following information regarding kitchen use/food requests for your event. 

    PLEASE NOTE - CFBC Ministry Teams - If you need food for your event, please make arrangements with the Church Hostess directly. Completing this form allows us to prepare the setup needs for your event. We do not make kitchen/food preparation arrangements using this form.
