TECHNICAL NEEDS
Our Creative Arts Director will contact you for more details if/when your event is approved. Please note additional fees will be incurred depending on your tech needs.
EXTERNAL (non-CFBC ministry event)
If your event includes Tech and has any screen content, music, pictures, presentation, etc., we require those items to be given to our Technical Department NO LATER than 2 business days (48 hours) prior to the event. We cannot accept media received after this deadline. CDs or DVDs are not accepted. All information must be presented in one of the following media formats: flash drive, via email, embed code, or shareable file such as DropBox. Pictures must be in .jpg form. Presentations should be in PowerPoint format. We do not create presentations.
INTERNAL (CFBC ministry event)
Please complete the Event Promotion Request on the website - front page, bottom right, under the FORMS tab. This form is to be filled out no later than 5 weeks prior to your event so that your event can be promoted for at least 3 weeks. If you are filling out this form less than 5 weeks prior to your event, some promotion options may not be available.
Not all requests can be fulfilled and will be done so at the discretion of the communications team.
