All rates are billed monthly.

This form, for route planning purposes, must be submitted to the school by JULY 31, 2025. All late subscriptions will be served on a first come first served basis due to space limitations on the bus. The school will determine routes for all buses. Subscription for services is a contract for the year and fees are billed on monthly basis with all fees paid through your Veracross account. Services used by non-subscribers will be billed $33 for each ride used.

In the event of insufficient subscriptions, the School reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend or terminate transportation services on any route. If transportation services are suspended or terminated, fees will be prorated accordingly. Routes are determined by the School to meet the needs of the greatest number of students. In some instances, the number of students transported on a bus route or shuttle may be capped to maintain compliance with state and federal regulations; this will be determined at the sole discretion of the school, and riders will be served on a first come first served basis in accordance with receipt of this agreement.

The School reserves the right to suspend or terminate its transport of any student whose behavior during transport, whether on or off the vehicle, in the sole discretion of the School, is deemed to constitute a risk to the safety and/or well-being of others or to the safe operation of the vehicle or is non-compliant with the School Bus Safety Regulations.

The undersigned financially responsible parent or guardian, for himself or herself and on behalf of the student to be transported, as herein set forth, hereby releases the School and its employees, trustees, and agents from any and all liability and agrees to hold the School and its trustees, employees, and agents harmless from any claim arising out of any bodily injury to any student or property damage occurring during or in the course of any transportation provided pursuant to the School’s acceptance of this Agreement.

ECC Transportation (2 yr olds - Kindergarten):
We are pleased to offer shuttle bus service between the Bearss Ave. Campus and the Early Childhood Campus. Families with ECC students who will be riding the bus in the mornings and/or in the afternoon are expected to comply with the following procedures:
- IMPORTANT: If you have an ECC bus rider, the drop off/pick up site will be on the EAST side, in the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room.
- CDS is providing car seats on the ECC shuttle bus. These seats accommodate children between the range of 25 – 90 lbs. and up to 57 inches tall.
- Please remember that we are not able to serve ECC age children in aftercare on the Bearss Avenue campus. All ECC students must be picked up promptly at 3:00 pm.
For morning riders:
ECC children who will be riding the shuttle bus from the Bearss Avenue campus to the ECC must be accompanied by an adult to the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room no earlier than 7:30 am. (After a few weeks of school, older siblings may escort the ECC students to the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room.) The bus will depart promptly at 7:45 am.

For afternoon riders:
The return bus will arrive back at the bus loop on the EAST side of the Bearss Avenue campus by 3:00 pm. The ECC bus riders will be escorted off the bus to the Elementary Multi-Purpose Room. All ECC students must be picked up promptly at 3:00 pm.
