I'm Jenifer from mane studio salon and I am so excited you're here! I first want to thank you for taking a few moments to complete my hair extension pre-consultation form.

The goal with this form is to get to know your hair and hair goals, which will help me determine if you're a great fit for hair extensions, I am currently specializing in hidden beaded rows and k-tips. Completing this form will also help me be able to narrow down a price range for your specific goals and help answer some of your questions along the way.

Let's chat about hair color!

Every set of extensions are custom colored to match your hair. I typically start with 2-4 shades of hair that are then colored. This is a HUGE part of what makes the service I offer so natural and seamless. These questions are to help me understand where your hair is now and what your goals are for your hair color. 

WE'RE ALMOST THERE! *depending on your current length/desired length, i may need to see some pictures to make sure that you're a good fit. Don't worry I will be the only one that sees these picutres.*

Follow the instructions below and show me some photos of your current hair AND some inspiration photos on the next steps.

These photos will help determine if you're a good applicant for hair extensions. This will save time for both you and me and helps narrow down a price range for you.

Don't be nervous! I don't need to see your face, just your hair! Feel free to put an emoji over your face if you're not comfortable. This is solely to see your current hair.

• Must be photos of your current hair.
• Use your cell phone.
• It's way easier if someone else takes the photo for you, but you can also set your timer and take a step back to ensure ALL of your hair is in the photo.
• Take in natural lighting (no flashes, please).
• You will take two-/three photos - Front, back, and side (side is optional but appreciated).

Pricing and Maintenance Info

With your hair extension investment you will get: custom rooting and toning of your extensions, a shampoo & conditioner, a brush and installation of the hair we choose!

I only use the best brands of hair that are ethically sourced and that I have personally tried on myself so that you get the best!

Initial Install Pricing: Pricing depends on what you want your hair goals to be, how many wefts I need to use in your hair and how many rows we will need to achieve the best blended results! ***Please know the prices listed below are rough estimates, I will go over exact pricing with you at our in person consult.***

1 Row: fullness only, no length
2 Rows: fullness and length (most common)
3 Rows: fullness and length, for those who have dense (thick) hair, or needing to break up a blunt haircut, or those looking to add a LOT of length.
Mini Row: for those with short layers, this is used as a connecting piece to blend your natural hair and your extension hair without having to cut more off the length of your extensons.

Potential cost of hand-tied hair extensions using the IBE method: 

It usually takes 3-6 wefts per row. The hair itself will generally last from 6-12 months with proper care. Some will choose to refresh some of the hair sooner.

Potential total cost for 1 row: $610-$1580 (14" to 22")
Potential total cost for 2 rows: $700-$3015 (14" to 24")
Potential total cost for 3 rows: $1260-$3190 (14" to 24")

Once we have our in person consultation, we can finalize pricing, go over if we need to color your natural hair or not, color match your extensions to your hair/your goal hair, pay your deposit, schedule your appointment and order your hair!

Move Ups for Beaded Rows: 

Move ups are usually done every 6-10 weeks. You'll come in with clean, dry hair and we will get your extensions moved up. 

1 Row: $120
2 Rows: $230
3 Rows: $345
Mini Row: $65

 I will keep an eye on your extension hair at your move-ups. Sometimes things can happen wherein you will need to replace 1 or 2 wefts before the rest of the hair.

The most common reasons why this can happen, in my experience, is if you happen to be a rough sleeper, got a updo or styled your hair with bobby pins and they snagged the top of the weft, washing too much and with too hot of water, swimming without taking proper care of your hair, too rough of brushing, going to bed with wet hair or not using extension safe sunscreen.
