    How Your Prepayment Will Be Processed

    We will invoice Compass HQ directly for your prepayment. This means:

    1. We'll draft an invoice using the information you've provided
    2. We'll submit this invoice to Compass HQ via Coupa on your behalf within 2 business days (you can tell us if this is urgent in the next step and we can get the invoice submitted ASAP)
    3. The day Compass receives this invoice is the day the funds are considered used
    4. You'll receive a confirmation email once the invoice has been submitted
    5. Your prepaid amount will be immediately available as a credit for your future marketing campaigns

    How Your Prepayment Will Be Processed

    Due to specific requirements for California and Florida agents, we cannot invoice Compass HQ directly. Instead:

    1. We will email Agent with an invoice that can be paid directly via credit card
    2. Agent will immediately receive a copy of the paid invoice after payment
    3. Agent will submit paid invoice to Compass for reimbursement
    4. The prepaid amount will be available immediately as a credit for future marketing campaigns


    Important Note
    : We will typically email the invoice within 2 business days, but you can tell us in the next step if this is urgent and you will recieve an invoice ASAP.

    Lead Gen Lab does not offer refunds of a prepaid budget under any circumstances. Your submission of this request form as the Agent, or on behalf of the Agent, implies your understanding and agreement to the fact that reversals, full refunds, partial refunds or any attempt to void the prepayment will not be offered or supported. Never submit this form if you anticipate potential changes or don't have final approval from the agent for the indicated amount. Your request is final once submitted and we are not liable for mistaken or misallocated marketing budget. The Agent's prepaid budget can be applied to future brand campaigns, listing campaigns or both. You have the flexibility to choose how to spend the prepaid budget at any time. Compass has communicated that they consider the day the invoice is submitted to Coupa as the day the funds are used. Once an agent has that prepaid budget, there is no shot clock or expiration of that prepayment. They can use it as quickly or as slowly as they need to. All you need to do is submit a campaign request form to use their prepaid funds.

    1. No Refunds Policy Lead Gen Lab does not offer refunds of a prepaid budget under any circumstances. By submitting this form, you agree that once your prepayment is processed, no refunds (full or partial) will be possible. You cannot change your mind about the prepayment decision after submission.Your prepaid funds will remain as a credit with Lead Gen Lab until used for marketing activities. 2. Budget Processing For agents not in CA or FL: Once the invoice is submitted to Compass HQ, we have been told by Compass Finance that the funds are considered used for your marketing budget purposes. We are not liable for any delays in Compass's internal processing. For California and Florida agents: Once you receive and pay the invoice from us, you will need to submit it to Compass for reimbursement according to your local office procedures. We are not responsible for any delays or issues with the reimbursement process. 3. Credit Flexibility and Validity Your prepaid budget can be applied to future brand campaigns, listing campaigns, or both with complete flexibility on how and when to use these funds. There's no expiration or shot clock for how to use these funds. Use them as quickly or as slowly as you'd like. Once processed, your prepaid amount will be maintained as a credit with Lead Gen Lab with no expiration date as long as you remain an affiliated Compass agent. These credits are non-transferable to other agents and are specifically tied to your Compass affiliation. You do not have to wait for Compass to pay our invoice to use the funds, you are free to request a campaign as soon as we deliver the invoice to Compass HQ via Coupa or when CA/FL agents pay the invoice we provide directly to you. 6. Final Decision Your request is final once submitted, and we are not liable for mistakes or misunderstood marketing budgets. Please ensure all information provided is accurate before submission. The prepayment amount cannot be changed after submission. We cannot accommodate requests to adjust the amount due to calculation errors or changed circumstances. If this form is being submitted by a marketing advisor or any other person on behalf of an agent, the agent is still bound by all these terms and conditions. By submitting this form, you confirm that you have the authority to commit the agent to these terms.
