Session fee: $175 for milestone/sitter

$225 for cake smash/birthday (due to allergies client is required to bring the cake or dessert item for the session)

Nonrefundable session fee due at time of booking required to reserve photographer’s time.

Photographer understands weather, illness, or other reasons may cause Client to reschedule a session. Client not be charged a penalty rescheduling a session provided at least a 48 hours notice is given. Client may reschedule the session, at the convenience of Photographer, without being charged a fee. No show or rescheduling 24 hours or less will incur a $50 reschedule fee at the discretion of Photographer. Photographer may reschedule without penalty.

The reservation fee is not refundable if Client(s) cancels or changes the event date scheduled. If the photographer fails to appear at the place and time specified above, any payments made shall be refunded to the Client(s) in full. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera malfunction, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of Photographer. In the event Photographer fails to perform for any other reason, Photographer shall not be liable any amount in excess of the retail value of Client's order.

Safe Working Environment:

Photographer reserves the right to discontinue services in the event that an unsafe condition arises such as an area being affected by a communicable disease, threats (verbal/physical) made toward the photographer etc. In such cases as the photographer deems the work environment unsafe the retainer is non refundable. Any additonal payments made will be refunded within 45 days minus any work photographer has performed such as time for scouting a location, permit fees for specific locations, custom ordered items for the session, engagement session fees if one was included in the package.

Force Majeure Clause:

No party shall be liable or responsible to the other party, nor be deemed to have defaulted under or breached this Agreement, for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of this Agreement (except for any obligations to make payments to the other party hereunder), when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond the impacted party's (Impacted Party") control, including, but not limited to, the following force majeure events ("Force Majeure Events"): (a) acts of God; (b) a natural disaster (fires, explosions, earthquakes, hurricane, flooding, storms, infestations), epidemic, or pandemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order or law; (e) actions, embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) action by any governmental authority; (g) national or regional emergency; (h) strikes, labor stoppages or slowdowns or other industrial disturbances; and (i) shortage of adequate power or transportation facilites. The Impacted Party shall give Notice within (15) days of Force Majeure Event to the other party, stating the period of time the occurrence is expected to continue. The Impacted Party shall use diligent efforts to end the failure or delay and ensure the effects of such Force Majeure Event are minimized. The Impacted Party shall resume the performance of its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the removal of the cause. In the event that the Impacted Party's failure or delay remians uncured for a period of (30) days following Notice given by it, the other party may thereafter terminate this Agreement upon Notice.

The Client(s) shall assist and cooperate with the Photographer in obtaining the desired photographs, including not limited to specifying persons and/or scenes to be photographed; taking time to pose for photographs at Photographer's direction. The Photographer shall not be responsible for photographs not taken as a result of Client's failure to provide reasonable assistance and cooperation or due to guest obstruction (i.e. blocking cellphone/tablet use, using a camera flash).*

The Photographer retains copyright for the photographs, and hereby grants the Client(s) unlimited but non exclusive rights to use or reproduce the photographs for which the Client(s) pays. No RAW or unedited files will be provided. Client(s) agrees to not alter the images (ie cropping, editing in any manner), no commercial use or selling images.*

The images delivered may not include all the images that were shot at the wedding/event/session, and the photographer has the right to only deliver the images that are credible as professiona in quality and consistent the photographer's portfolio. Example of images that would be culled would include, but are not limited to: blinking, blur, sneezing, bad angle/lighting etc.*
