Session Usage
All paid sessions must be used within the month of purchase. They do not roll over into future months unless agreed between us in advance.
Holidays & Time Away
If you know you’ll be away or out of your normal routine, please give me at least 1 month’s notice so we can adjust your recurring invoice accordingly.
Booking Sessions
If you do not have a regular weekly slot, it is your responsibility to book sessions using the Visibook app. This helps keep scheduling organised and fair for everyone.
Payments
Invoices must me paid on time at the end of the month via the Square link. If not paid on time you will recieve three reminders. After the third Square will automatically take payment from the used card on the account.
Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of your session will result in the session being lost, as that time cannot be filled on short notice.
Rescheduling
If you need to move a session, please use the Visibook app to find an alternative within the same month. If no suitable slots are available, the session will unfortunately be forfeited. Please avoid messaging me directly to reschedule it keeps things much clearer for everyone when done through the app.
If I Cancel
If I ever need to cancel a session and we can't find a time to reschedule it within the same month, I’ll either:
- Refund the session
- Or deduct it from your next month’s invoice
