    After your application has been received and before you meet with your financial coach, use the following guide to make a list of your regular monthly expenses. During your financial coaching session, you’ll create a working budget. This Income and Expense form gives a baseline for the financial coaching sessions. Please fill this out prior to your meeting with a CARes Financial Coach. PLEASE NOTE: you must put a number in every box under Income and Expenses. If you have nothing to report, type 0. If spaces are left blank or you type letters, the form will not submit. Additionally, round up to the nearest dollar- do not use decimals or commas.
