Thank you for your interest in being part of BugFest! Please fill in the information below and we will be in touch next Spring! The date of BugFest 2027 is Saturday, September 18th.
How would you describe the primary role of your proposed exhibit?
Can you commit to having your table attended for the entirety of the event (either 10am-5pm, 10am-7pm or 5pm-7pm)?
-Non-profit educational exhibitors are invited to exhibit for free.

-For-profit exhibitors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

-Vendors are subject to fees ranging from $50-$300

-Food vendors are subject to fees ranging from $240 (6'6') to $1200 (30'x10')

Please use 1-2 sentences to describe your planned exhibit. Please keep in mind that BugFest is an educational and conservation-minded science event about arthropods. Your exhibit (unless you are a food vendor) should feature arthropods in some way. If you are a food vendor, please list a summary of your menu.
