How would you describe the primary role of your proposed exhibit?
Can you commit to having your table attended for the entirety of the event (either 10am-5pm, 10am-7pm or 5pm-7pm)?
-Non-profit educational exhibitors are invited to exhibit for free.

-For-profit exhibitors are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

-Vendors are subject to fees ranging from $50-$300

-Food vendors are subject to fees ranging from $240 (6'6') to $1200 (30'x10')

Your exhibit (unless you are a food vendor) should feature arthropods in some way. If you are a food vendor, please list a summary of your menu.
