Daily Salon Rental Contract & Agreement
This agreement outlines the expectations, responsibilities, and policies for all daily renters at Slay Masters Beauty Salon Suites. By booking a suite, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. Professionalism & Conduct
All renters must maintain a professional, respectful, and customer-focused environment at all times.
Excellent customer service is required for all salon clients.
No children are allowed unless they are receiving a service.
Renter agrees to abide by all salon rules and state board regulations.
2. Cleanliness & Suite Care
To maintain a luxury and sanitary environment, renters must:
Clean their station and mirror after each use.
Wipe down all surfaces used during services.
Sweep the area thoroughly before leaving.
Remove all trash and personal items.
Confirm that all windows are closed, no water is running, and all equipment and lights are turned off before exiting the building.
3. Suite Access & Amenities
Your rental includes:
Access to one private salon suite for the duration of your booking.
Use of the dryer room for your clients.
A separate email will be sent with your personal key code and entry instructions once payment is received.
Slay Masters Beauty Salon Suites is not responsible for any injuries that occur on the property. Renters are required to carry their own business insurance.
4. Hours of Operation
The salon opens daily at 9:00 AM. Rental Ends at 7PM (Early Rental $15) (Late checkout $20 1-2 hours)
Entry instructions will be provided after your payment is confirmed.
5. Payment Policy
No refunds are allowed. Please ensure your clients are confirmed before booking.
