By registering, I have read and acknowledge the below refund/cancellation policy. Complete enrollment will not occur until registration information is submitted and payment is received.
Refund/Cancellation Policy: Due to logistics, this registration does not qualify for a refund. Credit is applicable towards future course held by Institution of Dental Advancement (I.D.A). I.D.A. reserves the right to cancel the course. We also reserve the right to refuse your registration at any time; In such event, refund for course fee will be made. We are not responsible for reimbursement of any related travel expenses in the case of course cancellation or dismissal from the course. I.D.A. and all associated entities are not responsible for all and any liabilities incurred during your travel and course dates.
