1. Where are you located? Do you have a physical store?ย
We are currently home-based and located at Fuentes Road Brgy. Agus, Lapu-Lapu City.
2. How to order?
ย Drop your DM's in our Instagram or Facebook account to check the availability of your desired date.
3.ย How many days do I need to place an order?
We highly recommend for custom-made cakes, monogram cakes, chocolate piรฑata & cupcakes to place an order two (2) weeks or more before the desired date. For other products, you can book at least 3 days prior.
4.ย What cakes do you usually do?
For now, we do whip cream or buttercream cakes only. We don't do fondant cakes. We do non-edible or 3D toppers however, it is subject to evaluation depending on the complexity of the design.
5.ย What is your mode of transport?
-Personal pick-up
-Self-booking (book your own via Lalamove, Grab or any preferred app)

ย 6.ย Can I have my cake delivered via motorcycle?ย
Definitely NO, as cakes are delicate and fragile. It needs to be transported in a flat surface and cool temperature vehicle. For mini/bento cakes, if you wish to book via motorcycle that has insulated boxes there is still no guarantee that your cakes will not be damaged during transit as motorcycles are prone to road challenges and heat exposure.
7.ย Do you accept rush order/s?
(Rush order/s- less than 72hrs. before the desired date)
We only accept rush order/s for mini/bento cake, cupcakes, and other products. However, it will still be subject to slots and resources availability with corresponding charges.ย Further information is in our Terms & Conditions that will be sent during the placing of the order process.
8.ย What is your mode of payment?
We accept payments through GCASH & BPI BANK TRANSFER only. Please take note that we strictly follow aย FULL PAYMENT POLICY, DOWN PAYMENTSย are not accepted. Orders will only be confirmed once the full amount has been settled on or before the due date stated in your invoice. Unpaid invoices beyond the due date will result in automatic cancellation of the reservation.ย NO Cash on Delivery/Cash on Pick-up basis.
9.ย Can I still cancel my order/s?
We strictly follow theย No Cancellation, No refund Policy.
10.ย Can you make note cards or gift cards?
Yes, we do upon request of the client. However, there will be an additional fee for that.
