Vehicle OwnershipSee Section 2.7 subsection 2 of the T&C's. If you are applying for a Resident's Permit you must submit a copy of the vehicle's V5C or V5C/2 or VE103 document (or equivalent). If you are waiting for this to arrive from DVLA, alternatively upload the bill of sale, invoice or receipt clearly showing the vehicle details for a temporary permit which you can convert to a permanent one when you have the V5C or V5C/2. For vehicles you use on a temporary basis, submit a copy of the hire agreement, import licence or letter of authority.
