DANCE, MARTIAL ARTS, OR OTHER; "ACTIVE" PERFORMANCES 

• CHECK IN TIME IS ON THE HOUR
• Performance times will be 45 minutes in length to allow for a 15 minute setup period before each performance. 
• ALL "ACTIVE" PERFORMANCES WILL BE DONE UNDER THE HARRIS PAVILION
• All performers must provide their own music to be played off an electronic device with an auxillary cable input, or a CD. 
• Historic Manassas, Inc will provide sound equipment and staff to work the equipment for all "Active" performances. 
• All performances are unpaid. 
• Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance as a performer at the 38th Annual Fall Jubilee, but will hold the selected time slot until a decision has been made.
• If accepted, Historic Manassas, Inc will confirm scheduled performance time no later than two weeks prior to the event. 

TERMS & CONDITIONS 

• Performer(s) will indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Organizer, The Loy E. Harris Pavilion, City of Manassas, and Historic Manassas, Inc. -its officers, board of directors and employees, successors, and assigns from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, government proceedings, and cost and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of suit, arising out of any or all aspects of this Agreement and Performer(s) activities hereunder. Third parties will look solely to the Performer(s) for any payment and satisfaction of any obligation or claim arising from this event, or any act of omission by it in the performance of the activities as outlined in the agreement.

 

MUSICAL PERFORMANCES

• Performance times will be 45 minutes in length with a 15 minute setup period before each act. 
• The stage will be 20ft deep X 24ft wide X 24in high.
• The stage will be covered.
• All performers must provide own equipment along with an UPLOADED STAGE PLOT. 
• Historic Manassas, Inc will provide the stage, sound equipment and sound engineer for all performances. 
• All performances are unpaid. 
• Submitting this application does not guarantee acceptance as a performer at the 38th Annual Fall Jubilee, but will hold the selected time slot until a decision has been made.
