• Bartender Opening Checklist

  • Wipe down bar counter and doors*
  • Have you checked the level for pop gas?*
  • Have you checked the level for beer gas?*
  • Put all 5 bar mats down*
  • Sanitizer bottles filled with Multi Quat Sanitizer at corner of bar wood*
  • Check in with hostess for any opening rests*
  • Fresh rags with Sanitizer bottle*
  • Complete Juice and Fruit par levels*
  • Set Mine en play for service*
  • Ensure bar fridge is stock with wine, beer and juices*
  • Stock 3 back ups of each spirit under the bar well*
  • Stock 3 back ups of the TGIT Spirits (Only on Thursday)
  • Have you checked if the Beer fridge is organized?*
  • Have you wiped down the beer towers?*
  • Have you set up the slushy machine?*
  • Fill bar well with one and appropriate service necessities*
  • Set up bar service mats (Caesars set, jiggers, shakers, pepper mill, spoon)*
  • Inform the MOD of any items that are low and 86’d*
  • Check for any draft beer that's 86, if any, which ones?*
  • Receive and count bar till and inform manager of any discrepancies*
  • Restock disposable items (straws, toothpicks, coasters, skewers)*
  • Assemble Glass washer*
  • Ensure chemicals are at an appropriate level*
