Rental Rate:

$50 Per Hour *2-Hour Rental Minimum Per Day*

$77 Total for 77 Minutes

$88 Total for 88 Minutes

Special rates are on a temporary contract. Total must be paid in full on the 1st day your rental month begins.

Studio Waiver, Marketing, & On-Camera Release Agreement: I understand I, myself, am fully responsible for any marketing and/or advertising for my rental. SDS Studios or its affiliates is not responsible for any marketing or advertising for your rental, class, and/or event occurrence happening inside SDS Studios . My rental inquiry includes utilizing SDS Studios; it does not include or guarantee social media, in-person or online marketing, collaboration, partnership, or mentorship by SDS. I understand all participants, including myself, must sign a liability waiver and on-camera release waiver before entrance. Participants agree to respect the space and leave it in the same clean condition as it was upon entrance.*

Payment Policy: All Payments made via Venmo App to Username: strutdontstress. After this form is submitted, you will be contacted to proceed with your payment information. Payments sent to Strut Don't Stress are irrevocable. All sales are final. No refunds. I understand my rental slot is not reserved or guaranteed until my payment or non-refundable deposit is sent. I understand a rental slot date and time can be given away whenever payment is not sent.*

Consistent / Monthly Rentals: I understand and accept that consistent monthly rentals can require a temporary contract with SDS Studios. Non-refundable payments are due in full on the 1st date of your rental month. No exceptions.
