This form does not submit your donation, it is a record of what rewards you wish to receive in exchange for your donation. A anonymous donation without a record from this form will not provide any rewards. Please be sure to submit this form and a subsequent donation under the same name. This fundraiser is a donation for the Launch of Alterra Larp. Event passes and gift cards will be delivered in the form of a gift card pass to be used at future events, deliverable in Spring 2022 when the game starts.
