    Our membership year runs from July 1st through June 30th each year.
  • Please fill out and send in this form to renew your Arizona Private Lender Association
    membership for the upcoming fiscal year, beginning July 1. This is for existing Members only; new members must apply using the Membership Application form.


    The Board of Directors voted to keep the annual membership fee at $250 per person for the first person in a company and $150 per person for each subsequent member of the same company.

     

    Each Member needs to:
    1. Fill out this form and sign the Code of Conduct (attached)
    2. Prepare a $250 (or $150 as explained above) payment below.

     

    Deadline for Payments is July 31 of each year.
