  • Thank you for your interest in renting one of our Suites!

    Before you begin this online application process, there are some documents and information you must gather to attach with this form. These include:

    • Letter of Employment as well as proof of income for each Applicant -  4 most recent pay stubs.
    • Credit Karma or Equifax Credit Report for each Applicant - Please make sure the score is included.
    • Copy of photo ID for each Applicant.
    • Please have one month’s rent ready to send by INTERAC e-Transfer as a deposit for the unit (our staff will process your application and advise you of the next steps)

    Our process begins once we receive this completed Online Rental Application & ALL of the above noted items. Then, depending on availabilities, application processing usually takes 24 – 72 hours.

We cannot guarantee parking availability, however most of our sites do have parking available.
